Home-Cooked Blasco Fruit Recipe: Kaki Cake

Ingredients:
4 eggs
250 grs Sugar
250 grs Flour
1 glass of milk
1 glass of oil
10 gramms baking powder
Grated lemon rind
1 Kaki grated or cut up into pieces.

Preparation:
Whisk the egg whites until they form peaks. Add the suger, the flour, the milk, the egg whites, the oil, the lemon, the baking powder and the kaki.

Heat up the oven at 180º. Cook +/- 15 minutes and ready.
