Our quality department carries out continuous checks throughout the entire cycle: soil management and pre-harvest treatments, verification of firmness, sugar levels, and temperature before shipment, and monitoring of the cold chain through to its final destination.
Certifications
Our products are grown and prepared following strict international standards that guarantee quality, food safety, and respect for the environment. We hold the GLOBALG.A.P. certification, which endorses our good agricultural practices and ensures control of the process from cultivation to the product’s departure from the farm, guaranteeing traceability, sustainability, and safety for the consumer.
Furthermore, we operate under the IFS Food standard, which certifies the correct management of handling, packaging, and food control processes. This standard verifies key aspects such as hygiene, traceability, process control, and risk management through systems based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
